We invite you to join us.

The 2018 Kawerak Regional Conference will take place November 6-8 in Nome, Alaska. This year we gather around the theme: “United Voices for Our Future.” The regional conference presents an opportunity for regional leaders, youth, elders, tribal members and partners to come together to learn, share and inspire. During the three-day conference attendees will engage in educational workshops, collaborative conversations, as well as enjoy evening entertainment with family, friends and new connections from around the region and state. The theme, “United Voices for Our Future” was chosen by Kawerak staff to represent the interconnectedness of our people and tribes working together to create a strong, thriving, and positive future for the next generations. Over the next few months, Kawerak staff will prepare for this exciting event, and ask for the support of their communities to make this a successful conference. Calls for workshop presenters, entertainers, speakers, exhibitors, volunteers and sponsors will be sent out as soon as possible. Registration forms and conference information can be found at www.kawerak.org/krc.
