SUMMARY:Electronic Waste (E-Waste) Collection Event
DESCRIPTION:Kawerak Environmental is once again hosting their annual Electronic Waste (E-Waste) Event in Nome! Friday May 31st and Saturday June 1st we will be collecting unwanted or broken electronics across from the Kawerak office buildings on Seppala Drive from 10am to 4pm. This collection is FREE for residents (although donations are welcome) and $0.50/lb for commercial waste.\n\nPlease help us keep toxic materials out of our landfills\, as well as contribute to potential recycling! If it has a battery or cord it probably counts!\n\nFor more information please call Vanessa at 443-4258.
