Join us for a day of insightful discussions\, engaging workshops\, and meaningful connections as we explore ways to move from crisis to healing. This in-person event will take place at the Nome Mini- Convention Center\, providing a welcoming environment for all attendees. Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of a community dedicated to positive change and growth. \nPlease note: We had to move our dates due to scheduling conflicts\, so please update your calendars. \n· When: October 24th & 25th \, 2024 9:00 am – 4:00 pm\n· Where: Nome Mini Convention Center\, 102 River Street\n· Who: Everyone is invited\, ranging from 9 years to 99 years old. \n· What: Education and support for the community to better understand and address the way trauma impacts all of us. Topics included: The history of violence & oppression\, harm reduction practices for addiction and mental health\, domestic violence\, sexual assault\, historical and community trauma\, childhood trauma\, and much more. The central focus is on learning about the various forms of harm in our communities\, region\, and state\, and understanding how people survive and cope with trauma. \nIf there are individuals you believe should be included in this gathering and we may have inadvertently omitted them\, kindly share this registration Link with them or inform us so we can extend an invitation and provide more information about the event.
