Kawerak, Inc., (Kawerak) a tribal consortium and non-profit corporation in Nome, Alaska, is soliciting proposals for Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) Facilitation and Independent Cost Estimation (ICE) services for the Kawerak Transportation Program (“KTP”). Services under this RFP may include program management, procurement support, stakeholder facilitation, independent cost estimating, risk management, scheduling, design review, and construction support services in support of transportation and infrastructure projects throughout the Bering Strait Region.
