Kawerak, Inc. and the Alaska Small Business Development Center (AKSBDC) are hoping to determine what the COVID-19’s impacts have been, what impacts the various federal relief funds have had, and most importantly, what gaps or needs are still out there. This short twelve-question survey will provide data that will help Kawerak and partners advocate for small business resources.
The information collected by this survey will be kept confidential, and only anonymous aggregated results will be released. Your participation in this survey will help ensure that state and local policymakers have the best possible information available when they’re making decisions on where to allocate funds from the American Relief Plan Act and other sources.
