Request for Proposals (RFP) for Kawerak Region Critical Energy Infrastructure Recovery
Kawerak, Inc. (Kawerak), a tribal consortium and non-profit corporation in Nome, AK is soliciting proposals for the following energy projects:
- Financial Analysis – Regional Energy Entity
- Regional Bulk Fuel Assessment
- Critical Energy Infrastructure Needs Assessment & Implementation Plan
Proposals may be submitted separately to each announcement, or as a group addressing all three solicitations.
Deadline for proposals: August 15, 2026 at 5pm AKDT
