Employees of the Quarter willingly helps out with things outside their normal duties and still completes their normal work duties.
Teams of the quarter take the initiative across departments or organizations to do something behyound their jobs or completes a task so well that it greatly surpasses everyone’s expectation s. A Team of the Quarter is a group of employees who willingly help out with things outside their normal duties to fulfill a special project or task and still completes their normal work duties. A Team embodies the values of Kawerak.
