It’s time to gather up your old electronics and get ready for Nome’s annual e-waste event sponsored by Kawerak! This is the once-a-year opportunity you have to safely and responsibly discard your electronic waste and do your part to protect our environment.

TVs, computers, VCRs, DVD players, monitors, printers, laptops, stereos and cell phones are just a short list of the possible e-waste items. Just come join us between 10am and 4pm on Saturday June 1 or Sunday June 2. The drop off center is the parking lot across from Kawerak, between Seppala and third. Free for residents and .$25 a lb for commercial drop off.
