Indigenous People’s Day Celebration

Join us for a great day, to celebrate indigenous people. This celebration is open and welcoming to everyone and we hope you come to show your support.
Agenda
1pm-3pm – Activities and Artist Booths
Stop by for activities for youth and adults. Bracelet making, coloring, indigenous bingo, contests and more! Also come check out some of the amazing artistry of our region and purchase some gifts for the upcoming holiday, or just treat yourself!
4pm Local Dance Groups
Enjoy Drumming and Dancing by our amazing local dance groups!
4pm – Bring in Potluck Dishes
Each Potluck dish will earn a raffle ticket. At the evening conclusion 3 raffle tickets will be drawn for a cash prize. Prizes are $200, $200 and $400.
5pm Potluck
Join us for a delicious meal to share! A part of what we love about these events is the generosity of everyone bringing in a taste of all different things! Niġipiaq welcome!
5:30pm Speakers

6:30pm Fashion Show
