Reindeer Project Design Services and Construction Management Contract for Professional Services

Kawerak, Inc., (Kawerak) a tribal consortium and non-profit corporation in Nome, Alaska, is soliciting proposals for a person or entity to provide design services and construction management services for the Savoonga Reindeer Commercial Company Reindeer Project (“Reindeer Project)”.  The selected person or entity will provide the design for this project and be available to act as the Construction Manager performing all duties as provided in the draft contract attached to this solicitation.  The design component of this solicitation is a qualification-based procurement. The construction management component of this solicitation includes cost elements. Kawerak seeks one person or entity who can provide both of these components for this project.

Kawerak, Inc. will accept proposals until Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 5:00 PM Alaska Standard Time (AST).
