Dear Bering Strait Region City, Tribe, ANCSA Village Corporation and School Leaders,

We (University of Alaska Anchorage) invite your community leadership from the City, Tribe, ANCSA Village Corporation and School to participate in this survey to help gauge the availability of personal protective equipment (PPE). If possible, we ask for a single survey from the community/village with organizations working together regarding the PPE needed for the COVID-19 pandemic. Please network for identifying overall community need for PPE.

Responses are due by September 4, 2020. Our goal is to gather information quickly to document needs during this COVID-19 time, so we ask for timely submissions.

The survey will take appropriately 10 minutes.
