The city of Golovin and the Chinik Eskimo Community are soliciting an engineering consultant for an Indefinitely Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for their managed retreat.
The City of Golovin and the Chinik Eskimo Community (Owner), through their respective governing bodies, are soliciting proposals for professional engineering services in support of community resiliency projects. The objective of this solicitation is to establish an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) term contract with a multi-disciplinary engineering consultant firm (Consultant) to provide on-call planning, environmental assessments, design, permitting, and construction management services for community resiliency, infrastructure protection, and infrastructure development projects for the community of Golovin, Alaska. Golovin intends to execute a multi-jurisdictional IDIQ term contract with the selected Consultant under which both the City and Tribal entities representing the community of Golovin may issue Task Orders (TO) for service. It is anticipated that the Task Orders will be funded by various State and Federal sources.
