As background, Kawerak is starting a new program to train youth and adults for in-demand jobs called the Pathways Advancing Technical Trades & Employment Readiness Now (PATTERN). The survey is confidential and funded by Kawerak through the US Department of Education Native American Career and Technical Education Program. We are hoping to hear from individuals from age 11 through adult who may be interested in attending a training (of any kind) at some point to improve employment opportunities and options.
